Australian Physiotherapy Association

The APA is the peak body representing the physiotherapy profession in Australia. To find an aquatic physiotherapist near you, go to the home page for the Australian Physiotherapy Association then click “Find a Physio”. Enter a suburb and select “Aquatic” in “Clinical Area” and press search.

For aquatic physiotherapy through your local Community Health Centre or Community Rehabilitation Centre or Hospital contact them directly to find out what they offer.

They also have a phone call number for information and support- this a free call in service where a registered nurse or volunteer is available live on the help line aiming to increase access to accurate health information to people with a musculoskeletal condition, their caregivers and other health professionals in the community.
